I am new to the area and had no idea where to go. This jewelry store is a hidden gem!! They are honest and trustworthy and the staff are so friendly.

They have a new customer for life in me. I had a very specific, last minute need. I had purchased a permanent bracelet elsewhere and needed a clasp put on so I could gift it to the mother of my dear friend that had just passed away from cancer (I had gotten the bracelet with plans to gift it to her when she beat cancer, unfortunately that never came to be). Of course I was leaving town to see her mom and attend the funeral the next day so time was of the essence. I called around many jewelers, including the place I purchased the bracelet and no one could help me on short notice. Then I remembered Edward Warren up the road and called them. They had me describe the bracelet (rose gold) and said, bring it in, we’ll see what we can do. Mind you this was 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. So that’s what I did, and was met with the most lovely, empathetic employee. I showed her the bracelet and she was already prepared… “look what we found in the back” she said - it was a rose gold clasp. It was meant to be! It nearly brought me to tears. She cut the bracelet off my wrist and said it would be done by the next day. And sure enough it was. The part of the story the team at Edward Warren doesn’t know is that all of the hustle was worth it. Her mother was so touched by the gesture and now she has a forever keepsake of the love I had for her daughter. Thank you. I’ll never forget it.
