I went in to Edward Warren Jewelers with a box of rings that I had inherited to find out which pieces were costume jewelry and which ones were real. The young man looked at each item, and even cleaned several pieces. He gave me answers on everything that I had brought with me.He explained how the store could reset anything that I had and how they would buy the gold jewelry if I wanted to sell. The young man even gave me a ball park figure. There was no pressure to buy anything. All he asked after he had looked at every piece of jewelry was, “What else do you want to know.”When I asked what I owed him for his time he answered, “Nothing”When I make my decisions, I will definitely be going back to Edward Warren!

Had a gold crucifix of my own that I was going to gift to my son for Christmas..... I stopped at their store in Pickerington and asked if they could give me or even sell me a box to put the pendelant/crucifix in...... They refused to give me or even sell me a box for the gold pendelant crucifix........ I can't speak to their store practices or how they treat others but I for one will never go back and do business with them..... I found that very tasteless and without class.
